Our facility consists of an Olympic-sized pool which can be set up long-course with eight 50-meter lanes or short-course with 20 x 25 yard lanes, as well as two full size water polo courses. This pool is maintained at a comfortable 79- 80 degrees and has a depth of 7ft 0in. Our instructional pool is 25 yards long with six lanes and ranges in depth from 3ft 6in - 5ft 6in. The instructional pool does have a handicap lift available. Due to its use as an instructional pool for children's swim lessons and water therapy, the temperature ranges between 86 and 89 degrees. Each of our combined restroom/ locker rooms have two showers and multiple lockers for day use. Locks are not provided. A Family Restroom is available for use as well. There are also several outdoor heated showers. Plenty of free street parking is available all around the facility. 

 In addition to the pools, BBMAC has direct access to a weight room and track-and-field facilities of the Coronado High School. Many coaches choose to take their team to the world-famous Coronado Beach, rent bicycles, kayaks or stand-up paddle boards to explore our beautiful city.

We are quite flexible in providing exactly what your group needs. Most often, teams rent a portion of our pool. This option can include rentals for as little as a few days and up to several weeks. Otherwise, you are welcome to rent the entire facility as is common for large groups training for days on end and for organizations which want to host a swim meet or water polo tournaments. We will do everything to accommodate your group and encourage you to plan well in advance.
